Mr. Adeniyi Falade is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Chartered Stockbroker, and Investment Banker with over three decades of experience spanning investment banking, pension administration, asset management, and corporate governance. He joined Custodian Investment Plc as Group Executive Director in January 2022 and was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in January 2025, providing strategic oversight of the Group and driving operational excellence across the organisation.

He trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Z.O. Ososanya & Co (Chartered Accountants) before rising through leadership roles at Lead Bank Plc, Lead Capital Plc, and Ecobank Nigeria Plc. He later served as Managing Director of Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited for 16 years, repositioning the company as an industry leader. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) from the University of Ibadan; he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He serves on the boards of Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited, Custodian Trustees Limited, UPDC Plc, Interstate Securities Limited, Festival Hotels Limited, Custodian Asset Management Limited, Quest Merchant Bank, and is Chairman of UPDC Facilities Management Limited.
